ABOUT BIG GUY LAKE FASTBALL

Big Guy Lake Sports founder Sheldon Bjorklund is planning his 40th year managing fastball teams in the city of Prince George and his 30th year of entering a team in the Spruce City Men's Fastball League as the Big Guy Lake Reds. Over the years Big Guy Lake teams have entered teams at the Softball BC Provincals in (Men's & U20 Boy's) throughout the province. In 2021 they were crowned Men's Champions and in 2023 the Big Guy Lake Jr Reds took home top honours in the U20 Boy's Provincial Champions. Big Guy Lake also attended the Softball Canada Sr Nationals in Grande Prairie in August 2019. They played in several Canadian Native Fastball Championships while winning in 2015 & 2023 in the U23 Men's Division. Big Guy Lake plans on attending the Softball BC Men's and Minor Boy's Provincials in 2024.
